PROGRAM AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Designing a Community Financial Education Program for Santander Bank
The Project
Designing a Community Financial Education Program for Santander Bank
Santander Bank aimed to launch a financial education initiative for low-income families—providing practical workshops on banking, budgeting, credit, identity theft, and homeownership. The challenge: creating a high-impact program on a tight timeline.
The Approach
Partnered with Santander’s internal team to design a turnkey program that employees could easily adopt and deliver.
Created engaging, culturally relevant workshop content and supporting materials tailored to community needs.
Trained Santander associates to deliver sessions with confidence and consistency.
The Results
In just six months, the program was designed, volunteers were trained, and the initiative was successfully launched. Santander associates contributed more than 10,000 volunteer hours—surpassing expectations—and thousands of families gained essential financial knowledge to build more secure futures.
